Shipment outside of Japan;
International shipping is provided by JAPAN POST Co., Ltd.
Due to some reasons, there may be delays in the delivery of posted international mail.
In addition, some of countries and territories may not be able to handle international mail service.
Before placing an order, please check if it is possible to ship to the recipient country.

How to Order

(1) Select your Item

Click the product you want from the list of items, and you can see the description and the photos taken from each angles by clicking on the thumbnail. Please click "Add to Cart" in order to proceed your order.

I. View Cart

Please check one more time the quantity and the amount for what you selected items, and then, click the "Proceed to Purchase Procedure" and please click the "Continue Shopping" if you want to continue shopping.

II. Log In

Enter your email address and the password, then, please click "Log In".

Non-Members

If you don't want to register, choose "Purchase by Non-Member". If you want to register as a member, click "Sign Up As a Member".

III. Designation of the shipping address

Members
Select your requested shipping address, and click "Send to Selected Shipping Address". If you request to ship to different address, click "Add a New Address", and enter new address.

Non-Members
Please enter your information and addressee data.

If you agree with our Privacy Policy, please go ahead clicking on "Send to Selected Shipping Address"

Please Note:
To customer that send the goods to France; if there is the Door Code, please be sure to fill it when you fill the receiver’s address. Example of a door code of "2004" being filled in: Digi code 2004. Regarding the Door Code; http://www.post.japanpost.jp/int/use/france_en.html
If you don’t fill the Door Code, delivery agent may not be able to leave a non-delivery notice in the post box inside the entrance of the building.

IV. Gift Wrap and Payment Method

We are able to make a gift wrapping. Please check the blank box if you need.

*Some items may not be able to wrapping.
*Please enter your gift wrapping request to "Note" column below if you order more than one items.
For example; All products need gift-wrap. / Only product A (product ID or Product name) need wrapping. etc.

Please Choose the payment method.

If you have any requests, please enter them in "Note" column.
(e.g. Gift wrapping request, Delivery request etc.)

After choose the payment method, please proceed to the next step by clicking the "REVIEW MY ORDER".

V. Confirm Order Details

Please check the shipping fee, total amount and other details.

*Shipping fee automatically calculated based on the weight of your order according to EMS rates.
*As for EMS shipping, Claim amount under 20,000JPY is free insurance fee. And in case over 20,000JPY, insurance fee is charged 50JPY for each 20,000JPY.
*As for EMS shipping, Customs clearance fee 2,800JPY per package will be added to orders with a goods total order value of 200,000JPY or more.

After confirming your order, please proceed to the next step by clicking the "GO TO PAYMENT".

VI. Order Received

When your order has completed, you will receive our 1st email.
*If our e-mail does not be transmitted, please set the receive mail domain from "@le-noble.com" and inform to our customer from "Contact Us".

(2) After completing of the order, up to the shipment of the commodity flow.

After we check the availability of your orderd items, we will send the 2nd email < email subject: [Le noble] Thank you for your order. > to inform you a scheduled shipping date.

We will inform you the tracking number by 3rd email < email subject: [Le noble] Shipping Notice > after we handed your ordere over to the shipping company.

*If you do not need the product for some reason, please send it back to us within one week of receipt at your own cost. If the items are unharmed, we are able to refund your money. (Only the cost of items will be refunded.)

Shipping

Worldwide shipping is available.

To Japan

We fix the shipping fee to a nationwide flat fee ¥660 per parcel, but in case your order over ¥20,000 in total without consumption tax of 10% and any handling charges, the shipping is free of charge. From the time you confirm your order, the shipping takes usually around one week, except for out of stock products. Tracking service is available.

The shipping in Japan is provided by Yamato Transport Co., Ltd.(http://track.kuronekoyamato.co.jp/english/tracking)
Customer can choose the specified time from following time zone.
[AM 8:00-12:00 / 14:00-16:00 / 16:00-18:00 / 18:00-20:00 / 19:00-21:00]

To Overseas

The international shipping is provided by Japan Post Co., Ltd.(http://www.post.japanpost.jp/int/charge/list/ems_all_en.html)
Shipping fee automatically calculated based on the weight of your order according to EMS rates. The shipping fee depends on the weight.

International charges other than shipping fee include the following sections.

  1. PACKING Charge
    *This charge will be automatically charged together with your order.
    *This charge is excluded which shipment in Japan.

  2. EMS Insurance Fee
    *This charge will be automatically charged together with your order.
    *Compensation may not be provided at the discretion of the post office. In this case, we will not be able to send a replacement item or refund the cost of the item.

  3. Export Customs Clearance in Japan
    *This charge will be automatically charged when the purchase amount is 200,000JPY or more.

    *We will make changes to your order after receiving your agreement to pay the fee or after receiving your payment.

  2. CANCELLATION Fee
    *This charge will be charged from your payment history at the time of order. The difference will be automatically refunded.

Due to the ongoing reduction in transportation capacity to various countries and territories, there may be delays in the delivery of posted international mail.

Tax free shopping is available at Le-noble’s web shop

Tax free shopping is available for foreigner customers when they make their purchase from the outside of Japan. Unit prices on Le-noble’s web shop are including 10% TAX, but you don’t have to pay it.  Once you purchase something the price will be automatically reduced.

In contrast with retail stores, web shop doesn’t have any minimum purchase limit so you can enjoy the advantage of tax free shopping every time.

Return and refund

Once your order is sent by EMS (Express Mail Service), you are consequently responsible for any loss, damage or any other harm to the products.
Please open your parcel immediately, check the condition of your ordered items. If you find damaged item (or items), leave the parcel in that condition you received, and contact to your post office within one week.

  1. You have to contact to your post office within 1 week and ask for the damage report.
  2. Please follow the instructions of your post office regarding how to proof your harm. You have to keep the whole shipped item(s) not only damaged item(s) with outer carton to show them.
  3. Take a picture of your parcel showing clearly the damaged item(s) and send to us informing about your loss and order No.
  4. After issuing the damage report, your actual damage cost will be compensated by post office. We will send the replacement (if the stock is available) at your cost or refund to your credit card only for the amount of the goods.
  5. In case of return the goods for customer’s reason, the shipping charge for return is subject to customer’s responsibility. After we receive the goods trouble-free condition, we will refund your order. However we have to deduct all extra fees (insurance, packing and shipping fee) we paid for deliver your order. In addition we will deduct insurance for return and tax fee when customs of return. (In case of return for a part of the goods, the expenses taken only for the return goods is calculated by ratio of the unit price.)
