To customer that send the items to France;

Please Note; if there is the Door Code, please be sure to fill it when you fill the receiver’s address.
Example of a door code of "2004" being filled in: Digi code 2004

Regarding the Door Code; http://www.post.japanpost.jp/int/use/france_en.html

If you don't fill the Door Code, delivery agent will not be able to leave
a non-delivery notice in the post box inside the entrance of the building.

If the customer can't receive the items at first delivery, the chronopost
that is local EMS delivery agent of France will keep your cargo for 2 weeks.
In that case, they may not contact you from them, please contact them by yourself.

After 2 weeks passed, your cargo will return to Japan automatically.
*This company will not bear any responsibility for this situation.
It may take time until your cargo arrive in Japan.

Please let us know if you want resend your items,
but the shipping cost of resend is paid by customers.

2周经过后,您的货物会被自动返还至日本。您的货物抵达日本可能需要花费一些时间。
