The form of the pitcher and the jar of the Friendship series is designed by ceramic artist Pekka Paikkari. The series of Friedship has been inspired by colour book Who will confort Toffle. Tove and Lars Jansson's original drawings have been transferred to Arabia's Moomin products thanks to Tove Slotte-Elevant. She has completed the drawings that were limited by cartoon frames, added the measurements to suit mugs, plates and bowls, and when necessary, she has drawn missing characters.
