GINORI 1735
In 1735, Marquis Carlo Ginori, who was well versed in mineralogy, founded a kiln in his own domain of Doccia, near Florence, after conducting his own research on clay and coloration in order to create a porcelain kiln in Italy comparable to the Royal Saxon Porcelain Factory kiln.
In 1896, Ginori and Richard merged to form Richard Ginori.
Ginori's oldest masterpieces, "Vecchio Bianco" and "Italian Fruits" serieses, made for the Tuscan aristocracy, are considered masterpieces and timeless classics.
Dedicated to the production of high quality, artistic porcelain and maximizing the unique Italian expressiveness, Richard Ginori changed its brand name to "GINORI 1735" in September 2020.
The brand is developing a new brand identity with a higher level of design, focusing on quality, craftsmanship, and Made in Italy, which become more valuable as time goes by.
