[Notice] 受新冠肺炎疫情影响对部分国家地区停止接单/Temporarily stop receiving orders from certain countries/territories

Temporarily stop receiving orders from certain countries/territories.


To customers,

We are terribly sorry to inform you that due to the temporary suspension of EMS service to certain countries/territories started from Apr 2, we have decided to stop receiving orders from those areas accordingly from APR 10. Please refer to the URL below for detailed information.

For customers who have placed the order but the item has yet to shipped, please pardon our cancellation. (There won't be any cancellation fee)

For corporate clients with import license, you can contact us to ask for a change of logistics companies as FedEx or DHL, etc..

EMS to Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan, Korea, the US is still in service but could be delayed for quite a long time due to the same reason above.

由于日本邮政自4月2日起停止EMS邮件寄件的对象国家与地区继续扩大,
Le-noble.com也决定停止接收这些国家地区的订单,详细信息请参阅以下网页。

此前已经揽收的邮件包裹将逐次等待寄出,若包裹从邮局退回,我们将安排退款。

寄往香港、澳门、台湾、韩国和美国的包裹也收到同样影响,但目前可以继续发货,配送时间将产生大幅延误。

已经下单但还未发货的顾客,如果您是个人客户,请允许我们取消订单(不产生取消费),
如果您是法人客户,可以联系我们更换成FedEx或DHL等国际物流公司发货。
