Dear Customers,

Thank you for visiting Le noble International online shop.

Regarding international shipping orders;
We will start an automatic EMS shipping fee calculation service on September 2, 2022.
Auto-calculated shipping fee based on Japan Post EMS rate, weight of the package and destination country.

International charges other than shipping fee include the following sections.
 1) Packing charge
 2) EMS Insurance fee
 3) Export Customs Clearance in Japan
 * 1) 2) 3) charges will be automatically charged together with order.

Other additional charges as follow;
 A) Changing fee; In case customer change the order / packing details after we received your order.
 B) Cancellation fee; In case customer wish to cancel an order after 12 hours of receipt of the order.

关于国际运输的订单;
我们将于2022年9月2日(周五)开始提供自动计算EMS运费的服务。
自动计算运费是根据日本邮政EMS邮费表、包裹的重量和目的地国家而定。


国际运输运费以外的费用如下；
 1) 捆包费
 2) EMS保险费
 3) 日本出口清关费
 * 1) 2) 3) 费用将与您下单时自动收取。

其他额外费用如下;
 A) 更改订单手续费；下单成功12小时后顾客要求改变订单内容或包装细节时发生费用。
 B) 取消订单手续费；下单成功12小时后顾客要求取消订单时发生费用。
