The name of the brand "D-ecru" comes from the colour "ecru" which originally means unbleached and untouched in French.
The series of tableware designed by D-ecru is produced by manufactures floodgates and watertight doors in Saitama Prefacture.
D-ecru's tableware has been created with a desire to introduce a new idea and beauty of stainless.
Not only is stainless resistant to water but also to heat, shock, discolouration, and rust. Thus, it can be easily washed with a dishwasher.
Each tableware is designed in three dimensional forms with flower and botanical patterns.
All the products are handcrafted.
No-plated stainless is carefully polished to give a soft luster and a fine and warm touch.
